Real-time SSL-secured:  Your credit card details are securely transmitted via a direct SSL connection from your computer to AuthorizeNet's server.  SSL (Secure Socket Layer) uses strong encryption to establish a connection between computers so as not to compromise sensitive data, and it is the standard in e-commerce and network transactions.

SSL/PGP-encrypted E-mail orders:  To ensure your privacy, when you select one of our payment options that uses this method, such as by check or money order, voice mail, or regular mail, SSL is used to securely connect your computer to a secure server for purposes of transmitting your order details, whereupon those details are strongly encrypted with PGP before they are emailed to our business computers.  PGP is widely used in corporations and homes alike, and uses encryption algorithms that none of the world's cryptographers has been able to crack with any amount of computer power.

With either SSL or SSL/PGP, your order details are securely encrypted from the moment they leave your computer to the moment they are received for processing. 

Fax orders:  When you go through online "check out" you will be given the option to print your order. 

Telephone orders:  Please note that our toll-free number is for voice mail only, and while we can accept orders at this number, you should provide us with an email address so that we can send you an order confirmation in an expedient way.

Regular mail:  You may print out your order by selecting the Fax option at check out, or simply send us your payment and order details in an otherwise legible form.  Using the Fax & Print option will ensure that you provide us with all the necessary information to fulfill your order.
